NA Miata Spark Plug Wires Replacement DIY

It is highly recommended to replace your spark plug wires and your spark plugs at the same time to complete your ignition system tune up. Removing your spark plug wires is required to replace the spark plugs anyway, and will only add a few additional minutes to the job. It’s also a great way to keep your NA Miata running smoothly and misfire-free!

This is a very easy job that any aspiring DIYer can complete. The most important thing to remember is the order of the wires. The 1.6 Miata spark plug wires order is different than the 1.8 order, and you’ll want to make sure that you don’t mix them up!
